Two new playoff contests launched

NEW YORK, April 28 - The Met Leagues and the Almighty Royal Council of Metropolitana launched two new exciting sports prediction contests this week to coincide with the start of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and National Hockey League (NHL) playoffs.
Met League members are encouraged to participate in the 2006 NBA Playoffs Pick'Em Contest, and the 2006 NHL Playoffs Pick'Em Contest.
We'll be updating the standings -- and doling out the metros -- as these playoffs proceed. But if you want to get in on the action, you better act quick. The entry deadline for both contests is Saturday, April 29th. So get pickin'!
